We developed the Saudi Aramco Suppliers Safety Management System Manual (SSMS) and now we have software tools which makes life easy for organisations who need to comply with these requirements.

The SSMS was designed to help companies develop a system that complies with the Saudi Aramco requirements as well as the International Management System Standard OHSAS18001. The Manual is different in that it not only explains what you need to do to implement a management system, but explicitly describes the steps you need to follow for achieving compliance.

Rather than using paper based system or rely on Excel and Outlook to improve safety, we can provide an out-of-the box solution that will meet all of your compliance requirements. The mai™ management system software tools make compliance with the requirements of Saudi Aramco SSMS a much easier task, and can save your organisation a lot of time and money, as well as significantly reducing the effort involved in getting OHSAS18001 certified.

Some feedback we received from a course we deliver for the SSMS and mai™ management system software:

“The course was fantastic. It made me understand how important a
good risk assessment is in order to have a good safety system”
 Ashraf S. Youssef, Ph.D
 Electronics & Electrical Industries Corporation
Dr Dan mentioned at the launch of the SSMS that risk assessment was the cornerstone of the whole system. After the training course, this is now very apparent. We can’t manage safety without an effective risk assessment process”
 Eng. Kamal Kayed Al-Hourani
